1. The Department shall collect and maintain all information that it receives from the hospitals and surgical centers for ambulatory patients in this State pursuant to NRS 439A.220 to 439A.250, inclusive. Upon request, the Department shall make a summary of the information available to: (a) Consumers of health care; (b) Providers of health care; (c) Representatives of the health insurance industry; and (d) The general public. 2. The Department shall ensure that the information it provides pursuant to this section is aggregated so as not to reveal the identity of a specific inpatient or outpatient of a hospital or of a surgical center for ambulatory patients.
