Statute 439b 500

In addition to any civil or administrative penalty specifically provided in NRS 439B.160 to 439B.500, inclusive, any person who violates a provision of NRS 439B.160 to 439B.500, inclusive, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000 for each violation. (Added to NRS by 1987, 873)
