The organization with the largest membership in this State which represents the interests of retail merchants, as determined by the Department, shall: 1. Prepare a list of not less than the 100 brand name prescription drugs or generic equivalents most commonly prescribed to residents of this State; and 2. At least once each calendar year, update the list prepared pursuant to subsection 1 and transmit the list to the Department. (Added to NRS by 2007, 3137)
