On or before June 1 of each year, the Department shall: 1. Analyze the information submitted pursuant to NRS 439B.635 to 439B.645, inclusive, and compile a report on the price of prescription drugs. The report: (a) Must include, without limitation, a separate analysis of the information reported by manufacturers, pharmacy benefit managers and wholesalers, the reasons for any increases in the prices of prescription drugs in this State and the effect of those prices on overall spending on prescription drugs, insurance premiums and cost-sharing in this State; and (b) May include, without limitation, opportunities for persons and entities in this State to lower the cost of prescription drugs while maintaining access to such drugs. 2.
