Upon presentation of a completed certificate of death, the county health officer shall send a certified copy of the certificate of death or a certified list of any person who, at the time of death was 17 years of age or older, to the county clerk or registrar of voters of the county where the deceased person resided. Each certified list must contain the social security numbers of the persons whose names are included on the list. (Added to NRS by 1989, 2174; A 1997, 2341)
