1. Any person who violates or proposes to violate the provisions of NRS 440.773 may be enjoined by any court of competent jurisdiction. 2. Actions for injunction under this section may be prosecuted: (a) By the Attorney General or any district attorney in this State; or (b) Upon the complaint of the State Registrar or any county recorder or any county clerk that is authorized to file certificates of marriage.
