Statute 441a 063

'Infectious disease' means a disease which is caused by pathogenic microorganisms, including, without limitation, bacteria, viruses, parasites or fungi, which spread, either directly or indirectly, from one person to another. The term includes a communicable disease. (Added to NRS by 2009, 554)
