Statute 441a 650

1. In counties where the examining personnel required pursuant to NRS 441A.630 are not available, proceedings for involuntary court-ordered isolation or quarantine shall be conducted in the nearest county having such examining personnel available in order that there be minimum delay. 2. The entire expense of proceedings for involuntary court-ordered isolation or quarantine shall be paid by the county in which the application is filed. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2203)
