Statute 441a 710

The order for involuntary court isolation or quarantine of any person to a medical facility, public or private, must be accompanied by a clinical abstract, including a history of illness, diagnosis and treatment, and the names of relatives or correspondents. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2205)
