1. The State Board of Health shall adopt regulations establishing standards for perinatal care provided by any provider of health care, based on recommendations submitted to the Board by the School of Medicine and School of Nursing of the Nevada System of Higher Education. 2. As used in this section, 'provider of health care' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 629.031. (Added to NRS by 1987, 1189; A 1993, 403)
