Statute 442 020

1. Any person or entity willfully violating any of the provisions of NRS 442.010, 442.013 or 442.016 may be assessed a civil penalty of not more than $500. 2. An action for the enforcement of a civil penalty assessed pursuant to this section may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction by the district attorney of the appropriate county or the Attorney General.
