Statute 442 140

1. The Department may: (a) Formulate, adopt and administer, through the State Board of Health and the Division, a detailed plan for the purposes specified in NRS 442.130. (b) Adopt, through the State Board of Health, regulations necessary for the administration of the plan and the administration of NRS 442.130 to 442.170, inclusive. 2. In developing and revising the plan, the Department shall consider: (a) The amount of money available from the Federal Government for services relating to maternal and child health; (b) The conditions attached to the acceptance of money from the Federal Government; and (c) The limitations of legislative appropriations for services relating to maternal and child health.
