Statute 444 120

1. Any person, whether as principal or agent, or employer or employee, who violates any of the provisions of NRS 444.065 to 444.110, inclusive, is guilty of a misdemeanor. 2. Each day that conditions or actions in violation of NRS 444.065 to 444.110, inclusive, continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
