Statute 444 180

1. Any person, firm, corporation, agent or officer of a firm or corporation employing persons to work in or at camps to which the provisions of NRS 444.130 to 444.200, inclusive, apply and the superintendent or overseer in charge of the work in or at such camps shall carry out the provisions of NRS 444.130 to 444.200, inclusive. 2. At every such camp such owner, superintendent or overseer shall appoint a responsible person to assist in keeping the camp clean. [6:47:1923; NCL § 2821]
