The governing body of a municipality having a solid waste management system within its boundaries shall, by ordinance, establish regulations for the operation of such system. No such ordinance shall be in conflict with any regulation adopted by the State Environmental Commission. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1179; A 1975, 1401)
