Statute 444 620

1. No plan for a solid waste management system adopted pursuant to NRS 444.440 to 444.620, inclusive, applies to: (a) Any agricultural activity or agricultural waste. (b) A vehicle that is: (1) Owned by an automobile wrecker licensed pursuant to chapter 487 of NRS or in the possession of a salvage pool licensed pursuant to chapter 487 of NRS; and (2) Designated for dismantling as a source of parts. 2. No provision of NRS 444.440 to 444.620, inclusive, prevents a mining operation from dumping waste from its operation on its own lands. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1180; A 1981, 858; 1993, 17; 2015, 339)
