1. The Division of Environmental Protection of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and the district health officer in his or her district or the board of county commissioners in a county without a district health officer shall post notices of the provisions of NRS 444.555 or 444.630, whichever is appropriate. 2. The notice must also contain an offer of a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person violating NRS 444.555 or 444.630. (Added to NRS by 1987, 1491)
