'Eligible recipient' means a legal entity that is eligible to receive assistance from the Account in accordance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq., including, without limitation, a municipality or interstate agency. (Added to NRS by 2023, 331)
