'Pollution control project' means any eligible component of the management programs established pursuant to 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq. The term 'pollution control project' is synonymous with the term 'nonpoint source control project' as that term is used in 33 U.S.C. § 1329. (Added to NRS by 1989, 1257)
