1. The Division shall: (a) Use the money in the Account for the purposes set forth in 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq. (b) Determine whether eligible recipients which receive money or other assistance from the Account comply with the requirements set forth in 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq. 2. The Division may: (a) Enter into an agreement with the Federal Government for the acceptance of grants of money for the Account. (b) Provide services relating to the preparation of any plan or report concerning the Account. (c) Perform or cause to be performed by a nonprofit organization or any other eligible recipient under 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq. through an interagency agreement, subgrant, contract or memorandum of understanding any programs, projects or activities authorized pursuant to 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq.
