Statute 445a 205

'Account for Set-Aside Programs' means the Account created pursuant to NRS 445A.255 to fund activities, other than projects, authorized by the Safe Drinking Water Act, pursuant to NRS 445A.275 and 445A.280. (Added to NRS by 1997, 1821)
