'Federal grant' means money authorized by the Safe Drinking Water Act to: 1. Create a revolving fund to assist public water systems to finance the costs of facilities needed to achieve or maintain compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act and regulations adopted pursuant thereto and to protect public health; and 2. Fund set-aside programs authorized by the Safe Drinking Water Act. (Added to NRS by 1997, 1822)
