Statute 445a 375

'Municipality' means: 1. Any city, town, county, district, association or other public body created by or pursuant to the law of this State and having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes or other wastes; or 2. An Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1708)
