Statute 445a 430

1. The Commission shall prescribe a schedule of reasonable fees for applications for permits under the provisions of NRS 445A.465 to 445A.510, inclusive, to defray the costs of processing applications for permits and administering the program for reviewing applications and granting permits. 2. The Commission may establish reasonable fees for the review of plans and specifications by the Director and for services provided by the Division. 3. Fees collected pursuant to this section must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the appropriate account of the Division and must be used in the administration of the program for the control of water pollution provided for in NRS 445A.300 to 445A.730, inclusive.
