1. The Director may issue a permit to the Department of Wildlife to kill fish through the use of toxicants. 2. The permit must indicate the terms and conditions under which the use of toxicants may take place. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1715; A 1979, 910; 1987, 563; 1993, 1622; 2003, 1564)
