The Department may issue, pursuant to NRS 445A.630, 445A.635 and 445A.640, a written permit to an applicant for that person to discharge, deposit, generate or dispose of any radioactive or hazardous waste. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1715; A 1995, 1037; 2003, 2114)
