To carry out the provisions and purposes of NRS 445A.800 to 445A.955, inclusive, the Commission may: 1. Through the Administrator of the Division: (a) Enter into agreements, contracts or cooperative arrangements with other state agencies, federal or interstate agencies, municipalities, local health departments, educational institutions or other organizations or persons. (b) Accept financial and technical assistance from the Federal Government, other public agencies or private contributors. 2. Hold hearings and issue subpoenas requiring the attendance of witnesses and the production of evidence. (Added to NRS by 1977, 443; A 1981, 82; 1983, 837; 2005, 552)
