1. A supplier of water may apply to the Commission for a variance or exemption from the regulations of the Commission. The Commission may grant variances or exemptions after notice and public hearing. 2. A supplier of water shall notify all users of the water system as soon as the Commission has scheduled a time and place for the public hearing on the application for a variance or exemption. 3.
