1. A supplier of water shall immediately notify the Division or the appropriate district board of health and the users of the supplier’s public water system whenever: (a) The system is not in compliance with the primary drinking water standards; (b) The supplier fails to perform any required monitoring of water quality; (c) The supplier has been granted a variance or exemption by the Commission; or (d) The supplier fails to comply with the conditions imposed by the Commission in granting the variance or exemption. 2.
