In carrying out the purposes of NRS 445B.100 to 445B.640, inclusive, the Commission, in addition to any other action which may be necessary or appropriate to carry out those purposes, may: 1. Cooperate with appropriate federal officers and agencies of the Federal Government, other states, interstate agencies, local governmental agencies and other interested parties in all matters relating to air pollution control in preventing or controlling the pollution of the air in any area. 2. Recommend measures for control of air pollution originating in this State. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1194; A 1973, 1814; 2007, 1908)
