Statute 445b 737

'Heavy-duty motor vehicle' means, except as otherwise provided in NRS 445B.780, a motor vehicle that has a manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating of 8,500 pounds or more. The term does not include a passenger car. (Added to NRS by 2003, 599)
