Statute 445c 400

If the balance in the Fund is insufficient to pay in full all amounts payable from it under NRS 445C.150 to 445C.410, inclusive, these amounts must be reduced pro rata and the amounts so withheld must be paid pro rata as additional money becomes available in the Fund. (Added to NRS by 2015, 3606)
