A food establishment engaged in the cutting and packaging of meat, poultry or fish for retail sale may use sawdust on the floors in that area of such establishment not visited by the public if: 1. Such sawdust is treated in a manner approved by the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services; and 2. The floors are cleaned and fresh sawdust is used daily. (Added to NRS by 1971, 151; A 1973, 1406)
