1. At least once every year, the health authority shall inspect each food establishment located in the State. 2. The health authority shall make as many additional inspections and reinspections as are necessary for the enforcement of this chapter. 3. It is unlawful for any person to interfere with the health authority in the performance of his or her duties. (Added to NRS by 1963, 755; A 1969, 812)
