Every hotel shall have sanitary facilities for the storage and disposal of garbage, and no garbage or rubbish shall be permitted to accumulate and be or become a nuisance in a hotel or on the hotel premises. [9b:136:1915; added 1945, 384; 1943 NCL § 3345b]
