'Facility for the care of adults during the day' means an establishment operated and maintained to provide care during the day on a temporary or permanent basis for aged or infirm persons. The term does not include a recovery house for persons recovering from alcohol or other substance use disorders. (Added to NRS by 1983, 1657; A 1985, 1736; 2001, 2518)
