A hospital, other than a psychiatric hospital, critical access hospital or rural hospital, shall enter into an agreement with the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1395cc to accept payment through Medicare. (Added to NRS by 2019, 2641)
