Statute 449 187

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a facility for skilled nursing or facility for intermediate care licensed pursuant to the provisions of NRS 449.029 to 449.2428, inclusive, may not be operated except under the supervision of a nursing facility administrator or a health services executive who is at the facility and licensed under the provisions of chapter 654 of NRS. 2. The provisions of subsection 1 do not apply to a facility for intermediate care which limits its care and treatment to those persons with intellectual disabilities or conditions related to intellectual disabilities.
