Statute 449 192

No dentist may be: 1. Automatically admitted to membership on the medical staff of a hospital solely because he or she is licensed as a dentist in this state or is authorized pursuant to NRS 631.267 to perform certain functions; or 2. Denied admission to membership on the medical staff of a hospital merely because he or she is licensed as a dentist and not as a physician. (Added to NRS by 1985, 2097)
