Statute 449 195

A medical facility shall not waive a deductible or copayment if: 1. The medical facility is not a preferred provider of health care; and 2. The waiver would reduce the financial effect of a preferred provider’s incentive or disincentive to its insureds. (Added to NRS by 1987, 1783; A 1995, 1602)
