Each certificate to operate an intermediary service organization issued by the Division pursuant to NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339, inclusive, must be in the form prescribed by the Division and must contain: 1. The name of the person or persons authorized to operate the intermediary service organization; 2. The location of the intermediary service organization; and 3. The services offered by the intermediary service organization. (Added to NRS by 2013, 128)
