1. Money received from the certification of intermediary service organizations: (a) Must be forwarded to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State Treasury; (b) Must be accounted for separately in the State General Fund; and (c) May only be used to carry out the provisions of NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339, inclusive. 2. The Division shall enforce the provisions of NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339, inclusive, and may incur any necessary expenses not in excess of money appropriated for that purpose by the State or received from the Federal Government.
