1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2 of NRS 449.431, the Division may bring an action in the name of the State to enjoin any person from operating or maintaining an intermediary service organization within the meaning of NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339, inclusive: (a) Without first obtaining a certificate to operate an intermediary service organization; or (b) After the person’s certificate has been revoked or suspended by the Division. 2. It is sufficient in such action to allege that the defendant did, on a certain date and in a certain place, operate and maintain the intermediary service organization without a certificate.
