Statute 449 444

1. The holder of a permit issued pursuant to NRS 449.443 may annually submit to the Division, on a form prescribed by the Division and accompanied by the appropriate fee, an application for renewal of the permit before the date on which the permit expires. The application must include proof satisfactory to the Division that the office or facility maintains current accreditation by a nationally recognized organization approved by the Board. 2. Upon receipt of an application for renewal and the accompanying fee, the Division may renew a permit. (Added to NRS by 2009, 529)
