Statute 449a 192

1. The State Board of Health may adopt regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 449A.170 to 449A.192, inclusive. 2. The provisions of NRS 449A.170 to 449A.192, inclusive, do not apply if an electronic communication device is installed by a law enforcement agency and used solely for a legitimate law enforcement purpose.
