Statute 449a 400

1. NRS 449A.400 to 449A.481, inclusive, may be cited as the Uniform Act on Rights of the Terminally Ill. 2. NRS 449A.400 to 449A.481, inclusive, must be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of those sections among states enacting the Uniform Act on Rights of the Terminally Ill.
