'Provider of health care' means an individual who is licensed, certified or otherwise authorized or allowed by law to provide health care in the ordinary course of business or practice of a profession, and includes a person who: 1. Is described in NRS 629.031; or 2. Administers emergency medical services as defined in NRS 450B.460. (Added to NRS by 2013, 2284)
