The Secretary of State shall remove from the Registry the advance directives of deceased registrants. The State Registrar of Vital Statistics shall cooperate with the Secretary of State to identify registrants whose advance directives must be removed from the Registry. The Secretary of State shall remove from the Registry the advance directives of deceased registrants at least once every 5 years. (Added to NRS by 2007, 2516)
