The board of hospital trustees may establish and maintain in connection with a county hospital and as a part thereof a training school for nurses. Upon completion of the prescribed course of training the board of hospital trustees shall give diplomas to such nurses as complete the course satisfactorily. [12:169:1929; NCL § 2236]
