'Board' means: 1. In a county whose population is less than 700,000, the State Board of Health. 2. In a county whose population is 700,000 or more, the district board of health. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1141; A 1993, 2828; 1995, 2547; 2005, 2471; 2011, 1269)
